Program Overview & Period The NCID Enhanced HIV Programme (EHIVP) PrEP Access Program is a structured supply initiative supported by PrEPSingapore.com (operated by Vensure Medical Enterprise Co Ltd). The program runs across the anticipated 1.5-year study period (estimated study duration of 48–65 weeks per participant).
-
Eligibility, Subsidies & Account Lifecycle A limited number of recruited study participants (up to 100 participants split between TelePrEP and in-person clinic arms) will receive free PrEP medication subsidised entirely for themselves by the study (herein known as "Eligible Participants"). Account access will be provided to participants by the NCID EHIVP Study team during program enrolment. Access will also end if participants cease their participation in the study, as decided by the NCID EHIVP Study team.
-
Expected Regimen Adherence Eligible Participants are expected to strictly adhere to their assigned PrEP regimen—either Daily-Use or On-Demand—as prescribed by their duly assigned study clinicians during the study period.
-
Program Access on Platform During the study period, Eligible Participants will be granted exclusive visibility and access to the unique NCID EHIVP Program Packages under the PrEP options on PrEPSingapore.com.
-
Fees & Payments The study covers the full cost of the PrEP medication and standard shipping fees for all qualified prescriptions. Participants shall not be required to make any payment for standard orders placed under the study. Any out-of-study costs or additional services requested beyond the standard parameters may be subjected to participant liability if deemed necessary by the study team.
-
Prescription Validity & Multi-Ordering Restrictions In general, a prescription will be valid for only thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Each prescription may only be used for its initial qualifying order. Participants may not make multiple concurrent orders or alternate purchases if they already have an active supply of PrEP medication covering their prescription period. Subsequent or duplicate orders for the same prescription will be flagged and routed to the NCID EHIVP team for a case-by-case assessment (e.g., in the event a participant loses their medication) before deciding if costs will be covered by the study.
-
Medication Type & Quantity Allocations Eligible Participants will receive generic PrEP (Teno-EM) produced by the Thailand Government Pharmaceutical Organisation (Thai GPO), subject to a valid prescription from designated NCID study clinicians. Order quantities are strictly fixed by user regimen for each first-time valid prescription used:
-- Daily Users: Fixed order of three (3) bottles per qualified prescription
-- On-Demand Users: Fixed order of two (2) bottles per qualified prescription. -
Program Enrolment & Ordering Steps for Participants

v. Note on Tracking: We are unable to provide updates on the status of your package or parcel, except to guarantee delivery within 14–30 days from a valid prescription appended with your order. -
Delivery Timeline & Specific Requests Standard shipping guarantees delivery within 14 to 30 days from the date a valid order and prescription are confirmed on the platform. Specific delivery dates, call-on-delivery requests, or custom placement of items upon arrival cannot be accommodated.
- Delivery addresses are limited to Singapore only.
-
Delivery Failure & Collection Protocol If a participant is not around to sign during deliveries, the item may be placed directly in their letterbox at the discretion of the Singapore Post (no doorstep delivery will be attempted). If the item cannot fit or be securely left, a failed delivery collection slip will be issued. The participant must collect the parcel within ten (10) working days from the specified location, failing which the items will be returned to the Thailand Fulfilment office thereafter.
-
Discreet Packaging & Delivery Responsibility All shipments are packed discreetly with absolute anonymity; there is no mention of the specific medication on the outer box, and an additional internal layer of discreet wrapping is added to preserve privacy if the outer parcel is inspected. Items may be delivered directly to your letterbox or held for collection based on the rules outlined in Section 10. It is the participant’s explicit responsibility to ensure an accurate delivery address is provided. Vensure Medical shall not be liable for any costs, delays, or impacts to the study resulting from incorrect addresses or a failure to collect packages before they are returned to the Thailand fulfilment office.
-
Study Data and Alignment Audit Participants acknowledge that their platform activity, email, and order details will be audited and shared regularly with the NCID EHIVP team to ensure complete alignment of qualified purchases with the study’s clinical data protocols in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
