1) FOR ON-ARRIVAL PREP PACKAGE (3-day advance booking recommended)

Note： Enjoy free hotel to clinic transfer. Delivery of PrEP to your Bangkok hotel will be same-day or where not possible, no later than next day of clinic visit.   In the event all appointment slots are full, we advise you to make bookings 7 days before arrival in the event of doctor availability issues. Alternatively we can still help to arrange for pre-arrival solutions below

 

2) FOR PRE-ARRIVAL PREP PACKAGES

Choose from visiting doctors in Singapore or Online consultation with Bangkok doctors in English 

A. FOR IN-COUNTRY DOCTOR CONSULTATION (BOOK DOCTOR APPOINTMENT 7 WORKING DAYS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT)

  • Purchase PrEP of your choice with bangkok delivery  (e.g. Descovy, Teno-em ）
    (Local doctors usually limit to 3 bottles PrEP Prescription）
  • Make an appointment and visit any local doctor partners  7 working days before flight
  • Inform us of your hotel and check-in date for delivery on check-in day

B.  FOR ONLINE CONSULTATION  (BLOOD TESTS AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT)

1. *Bangkok Pickup fees apply for complimentary Hotel Delivery （additional value worth 10SGD/250THB). Deliveries outside 10am to 7pm and on weekends may incur additional fees. 

2. ^Complimentary clinic transfer for Express Bangkok Same Day PrEP Service bookings valued at 200THB worth of Grab Vouchers for Grab transportation booking via Grab APP.  

3. All orders are subject to valid prescription and must be signed off in person or via a proxy. Indemnity of missing items or issues with quality of medication applies for drop off at reception.

4. Whilst we are committed to delivering your PrEP,  timely delivery may be delayed by traffic conditions in your area due to festivities and traffic conditions. 

5. **Complimentary HIV Screening are stand-alone tests excludes 500THB Nurse/Doctor Fees and are not applicable for PrEP packages  or  STD Screening packages inclusive of HIV screening,  

6. For transfer credits via Grab APP . Top up from Grab Vouchers sent to their ordering account emails within 3 working days of orders with verified payment. Please order in advance to avoid receiving your Grab vouchers too late for usage in Thailand.

7. All vouchers are not exchangeable or amendable unless at our company's discretion.

8. Any Refunds will exclude any equivalent Grab Credits sent (200THB) or vouchers provided.
